To the parents of Year 8, 11, 12, 13 female students

School Ball
We are hoping to have a senior school ball this year for, year 11, 12, 13 and past pupils from 2008 and 2007 by invitation only. At present we are looking at ways to raise money to pay for an amazing DJ/lighting organisation that make a fantastic night to remember for these students. We are going to have a sit down meal catered by Louise assisted by the Year 10 students who will participate in this evening as her waiting/kitchen staff.
Fund raising ideas to pay for the night
We are very keen to keep the ticket price as low as possible to enable as many of our students as possible to have an experience that will be remembered for a life time. To that end, there will be fundraising activities and opportunities. Some are:
• community car boot sale.
• regular sausage sizzles to help with the fund raising.
The car boot sale will be $30.00 per car - prepaying your spot. We are looking at the 9th of May which is the second weekend back in Term Two. Bookings and payment can be made at the school office up to Friday the 7th May.
If you have any ideas or can give us a hand please contact Christine Bidois 09 232 8260 or Bronwyn Rogers-Thorne. 09 232 8866
