Dear Parents

Teacher Only day

The Board of Trustees has granted the school a Teacher only day. This will take place on Friday September 3 and will allow time for the teaching staff to further their own learning with the demands of the National Curriculum, National Standards and the changes that are being implemented to the assessment processes for NCEA. No buses will run this day and there will be no classes at all.

Maths Night

I would like to remind all parents that there an opportunity tonight for you to learn how to help your child with their basic facts.

This is the key to successfully mastering mathematical strategies for the future.

This session will be particularly useful for parents of students from Year 1 to 8. The session will be in the Library at 7:30pm.

School Cross country

Congratulations to all runners, walkers, staff and helpers on a very successful day. The programme and courses went well and we had a great turnout of spectators. Many thanks to the Cathcart and Rogers families for once again allowing us access to their property.
