Thank you to all the parents who have completed our Gala Day/Calf Club survey. We really do appreciate your comments and your feedback. Just a reminder that we are still open for comment - you can access the form on last week’s newsletter or here, or you can simply phone the school and tell us what you think. All comments should be to us by the end of this term - April 1.

Boudie Wright: 3rd 7 year freestyle
Catherine Lussi: 3rd 10 year freestyle and 3rd open Girls freestyle (50m)
Briar Salt 3rd 9year freestyle
In addition, our school relay team was placed 3rd. the team consisted of Catherine Lussi, Briar Salt, Michaela Hale and Judd Redmond
In the Yr 7/8 competition
Thomas Aston-Brien 3rd 50m freestyle and 100m freestyle and the 50om breaststroke
Alesha Guard: The girls' relay team of Alesha Guard, Kristi Spicer, Ceilidh Jenkins and Georgia Morrow was placed 3rd
The boys relay team was placed 3rd in both the freestyle relay and the medley relay. The boys team was Danny Makara, Wetere Pompey, Matthew Henderson and Thomas Aston Brien.
Kopapa Teams
Last Friday, we sent three teams of paddlers to the Ngaruawahia Secondary School Regatta. This is the third year of competition for this school. The teams all performed very well, gaining places in finals but going no further. A highlight of the day was the lunchtime splash and dash by the Principal, paddling on his own with just a steerer for company. Apparently he too was not placed in the top finishers, but by no means disgraced himself!
Greenie Awards
The names drawn from the box this week were Rachel Armitage (Yr 7 R17) and Gracie Sharp (Yr 4 R8). Rachel and Gracie each win a canteen voucher.
Canteen Weekly Special
The special for the week Mon 29 March to Wed 31 March is Beef Burgers –cost $3.00
Trophies
We would appreciate it if all trophies presented last year could please be returned so that they can be put on display in the foyer of the school.
